The Secret to Candy Corn Strata

You may be curious if being an expert mixologist is necessary to achieve the layers in this vibrant punch. Don’t worry — the hidden ingredient is, in fact, gelatin! By blending vodka, mango nectar, and gelatin, you can create a dense yellow foundation layer that will remain stable. After the gelatin layer solidifies, you can pour other liquids on its surface.

Rather than using heavy whipped cream on our punch, we created a dairy-free alternative using coconut milk. Just refrigerate a can of coconut milk and remove the hardened coconut cream from the surface. You can whisk it just like thick cream. The outcome should be light and possess a coconut taste that complements the tropical mango in our drink.

Once your gelatin has thickened, just pour fizzy orange soda and vodka on the surface just before serving. Finish the punch with your rich whipped coconut cream and add candy corns as a decoration. Directions
